Affiliations and Other Activities: Director of Labor Affairs of the Guatemalan Coordinating Committee of Agricultural, Industrial, Trade and Financial Associations (CACIF in Spanish).  Served as employer deputy member of the Governing Body of the International Labour Office and its Committee of Freedom of Association headquartered in Geneva.

Ricardo Paolo Mosquera Maiello

Guatemala, 1966 – Lawyer and Notary

Education: Graduated from Universidad Rafael Landívar in 1992. Master´s Degree in Banking and Trade Operations and Economic Law at the same university.

Practice Areas: Coordination and structuring of banking legal departments.  Specialized in banking, finance and insurance law. Extensive commercial practice in mergers andestablishment of Financial Groups.

Affiliations and Other Activities: appointed member of the Court of Honor of the Guatemalan Bar Association of Lawyers and Notaries Public.  Appointed Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Guatemala and served as President of the Bi-national Association of Chambers of Commerce.

Franz Castellanos Vásquez

Education: Graduated with honors from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2005.

Practice Areas: Professor of the same university in the area of civil procedural law.

Specialized in civil and commercial litigation and real estate law.

Juan Ernesto De León Solórzano

Education: Graduated with honors from Universidad Rafael Landívar (2010).

Member of Mosquera & Ricci since 2000, he has extensive experience in labor law, business consulting in corporate matters and human resources in planning and execution of corporate labor policies, as well as resolution of labor disputes.  Collaborated as professor of Labor Law II and I.  Currently pursuing a Master´s degree in Labor and Social Security Law atUniversidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.

Affiliations and Other Activities: Serves as Vice President of the Legal Labor Committee of the Guatemalan American Chamber of Commerce-AmCham.
